Let Them Eat Cake!

*Excuse the bad photography. I didn't have my camera on hand and my cell phone sucks at taking decent pictures*

 This is a white cake filled with whipped cream and mango. The frosting is vanilla buttercream. I know the sides of the cake look messy, but I didn't have all my tools on hand (the oven at my house is broken so I baked this at my boyfriend's great grandma's house). 

Overall, the cake tasted great. The cake itself was a bit too crumbly and the whipped cream soaked into the cake after a while. I'm thinking of using a different filling, but still keep the mango flavor. A custard maybe? Or some mango buttercream? I'd have to test it out.
